Three Wire Thread Measuring Unit
- We manufacture 3 wire gauge unit for measurement of pith diameter of external threads by using three wire method.
- Each three wire unit set consist of two holders. One holder with 1 pin gauge & other with 2 pins gauges.
- Wires are hardened ground lapped. Freely floating in holder for proper positioning and contact with threads during measurement.
- Manufacturing tolerance of pin gauge +-0.5um
- Cylindricity of wire within 1um.
- Suitable for 6.35, 6.50 & 8.00 spindle diameter of micrometer.
- Range 0.25 to 5.00mm pitch threads.
- Set consists of 18 sizes of wires as 0.170, 0.195, 0.220, 0.250, 0.290, 0.335, 0.390, 0.455, 0.530, 0.620, 0.725, 0.895, 1.100, 1.350, 1.650, 2.050, 2.55, 3.20mm.
- Packed in good quality & attractive wooden box.
